Siren Sound Sort Of Opening [Open to All]
Nov. 10th, 2014 05:17 pmSiren Sound wasn't officially open or anything. There was still some work to be done but it was too nice of a day to keep the doors closed and stay cooped up inside. The air was brisk but bearable so he had the door to the record shop/recording studio while he continued to get things set up. Music was pumping through the speakers and he half-danced as he moved around the space he had rented along the boardwalk.
The front portion was a small record store that housed an eclectic variety of albums that would probably sell decently. A small portion would go to actual collectors and people who appreciated them and the rest would go to hipsters and people who just liked having rare records just to have them. Either way was fine with Kim.
The real purpose of the place was to be a recording studio. He didn't care if hardly anyone ever rented out the space, he just wanted somewhere it was possible to record and mix music if he wanted to. There were various gold and platinum records and industry awards around the stupid and mixing booth to lend it an air of gravitas. Of course, anyone who looked close could see they were almost all for the same band, Phoenix Falling. Still, it looked impressive.
All in all, Kim was really happy with the place. He was going to do some amazing stuff here, he could tell. Once he started actually working of course and not just messing around. For now though it was time for an impromptu singing and dancing session as he set up the record shop portion of the place.
"And I waaaant you to want meeee! I neeeeeed you to neeed meeee!"
[Catch Kim setting up his new recording studio, Siren Sound! Sing. Dance. Give him a hard time, he's up for whatever.]
