Riley had looked up the pie shop and learned that the owner had been murdered. Apparently he'd left the place to Riley so they must have been close, which meant Kim wasn't going to ask a lot of questions about the previous owner or what it had been like. Those couldn't be very happy thoughts for her.

"I'm good. It's nice to have something to look forward to, the days were getting kind of boring," he admitted. The idea of opening up a recording studio was sounding better and better all the time though. "Plus you said you'd feed me and free food always tastes better than regular food."
